While I think John White was trying to help me in the purchase of my 2014 E 350 CONVERTABLE he according to the delivery company was out of his experience capability. And since I was buying a CONVERTIBLE purchase of my 2014 E 350 CONVERTABLE he according to the delivery company was out of his experience capability. And since I was buying a CONVERTIBLE it would have been nice for him to tell me the TOP MECHANISM DID NOT WORK, so I have a CONVERTIBLE that I cannot take the top down. Really hard to do anything about it since they are in Montgomery, AL !!!! Salesman should have been HONEST !!!! More
