Excellent! We went in to just see if we wanted to trade (upgrade) and what our trade-in would be worth. From the introduction to the final signing we were treated professionally and he worked with us to get us in a newer Pathfinder. At the first offer of a trade-in value, we told him that would not work, he asked us what would it take to get us in a new car and we told him. He talked with the General Manager and offered us a great deal. Mr. Richardson walked us through all of the details about the car and was more than helpful and polite. He even helped us unload our old car - right down to car seats and put our tag on our new car for us. We really enjoyed our experience with Mr. Richardson and Jack Ingram Nissan. More
