Wonderful Expreience Mr. Don Brown is wonderful to work with. Bought my first car in March 2012 and wanted to trade it for something different. I looked online and put in Mr. Don Brown is wonderful to work with. Bought my first car in March 2012 and wanted to trade it for something different. I looked online and put in for a quote. He had emailed and called me within 24 hours. I took my mom to buy her new car and talked to Mr.Don and Mr. Jonathan for a short time and went back a couple of days later. I am now a proud owner of a 2014 Versa Note. He was able to work with me on getting a trade in on mine, payoff and a new car fully loaded and not much more then I was paying. He was awesome and I will continue to use them as my dealers. They had to bring my car from a dealership so they sent me home in a new car to drive until they had mine in. Mr. Jay ( Owner Satisfaction Manager) even offered to have my car brought to me when I live 45 mins away. They all are wonderful at Jack Ingram. I would buy from them again and recommend others to shop with them. More

Thoroughly enjoyable experience. This is the second Nissan I've bought online. That says a couple of things: I like the Nissan product and I like buying online. Jack Ingram was the third Nissan dealership I contacted online to make an offer on a Rogue. The first one I contacted is the one I bought my Altima from 6 years ago. We couldn't agree on a price - no big deal, that happens. The second dealership was so bad I won't even go into it except to advise all internet sales people not to hang up on a potential customer - twice. I found the car I was looking for on Jack Ingram's eBay listing. My email inquiry was promptly answered by Randy Ray and a phone call later the deal was agreed to. I drove over to Montgomery from mid-Georgia and when I pulled in the car was in front waiting. Paperwork was promptly accomplished by Tim Benefield and after giving me a full tank of gas, I was on my way home smiling. More
