When you first walk in everyone you see greats you and makes you feel right at home. Brad Gray was the sales consultant I worked with. I'm a new driver so I didn't need anything to big and wanted something that sat higher then a car. After a few minutes of looking around I found and test drove the perfect vehicle for me. When I first saw it I liked it seeing it was a used car and was a little roughed up. Bradd helped answer all questions I had about the vehicle and was able to work in a good deal on the price. Like a said previously, I liked the vehicle when I saw it but after Todd finished detailing the car I fell in love. They did an amazing job and I was so happy with what I got. The only thing I would have changed about my experience is I would have asked them to put pennzoil instead of valvoline when I went to get my oil change there at quick lane next to jack kain but I will definitely ask next time I go. More

I am the type of person who researches solely online and once I find a vehicle with the price and features I want, I typically have questions that I prefer to have answered via email. Out of 4 separate dealers in the area, Bill Kain was the only to be completely honest with me via email and answer my questions exactly. He even volunteered a lot of information on top of what I asked that I really appreciated, the biggest being exactly what the out-the-door price would be on the vehicle I was interested in. Other dealers wouldn't even confirm the price they had on their website and instead told me to come in to discuss. I let Bill know when I would be in to test drive the vehicle and it was cleaned and ready to go. My only complaint here is that interior was not shown much love, parts of the dash and console were still dirty from it being driven as a demo. It wasn't bad, just an observation. Bill paired me up with Terrell Prichard, which the wife and I appreciated, as Terrell was very down-to-earth. Purchasing a vehicle is an inherently long process and Terrell's conversation helped it go by quickly. He showed us the vehicle, tagged along on a test drive and generally helped ease the wait while they appraised my trade-in and worked out the numbers. Overall, great experience from start to finish. I feel I got a better-than-good price on the vehicle and a great price on my trade-in. More

I found Jack Kain Ford to be honest and forthright in their assessment of repairs and on target as to how long the repairs took and the cost of those repairs. Additionally, they has stayed in touch with me months after the repairs to see if my car is running well, sent me a Christmas card and called to wish me a Merry Christmas; who does that today? These folks care about customer service and live up to the claim; they are awesome! I will continue to do business with them and recommend Kain Ford to those who want an honest relationship with a quality mechanical shop for their vehicle. Tom More

Awesome service department! Had a major issue with my Sport Trac engine. Spoke to James Holt and had vehicle towed to Jack Kain Ford. James got me a price for a new engine and total repair costs. Even worked the price out a little lower for me. His communication throughout the week of the repair being done was fantastic. I had the opportunity to stop by and meet the mechanic and he took time to talk with me about my truck. Motor was replaced in a timely manner and there were no suprises when I picked it up! The price was exactly what I was quoted. No hidden costs added in like other dealers I have dealt with in the past. It is refreshing to know that the word "service" is still lived up to by this dealership. When I picked up my Sport Trac it was clean, not the usual grease everywhere and under the hood! Even after the sale they have called more then once to make sure we are happy and to offer our special tag back from our vehicle. Mark was great as well. We bypassed our local Ford dealership who had the exact same truck we wanted and drove to Lexington. Before stepping on the lot I had called about this truck and they were great with me. We are now a Jack Kain Family, and will continue to do our business with them. Best dealership out there and completely honest. The best part is they don't push nothing on you and you don't spend numerous hours trying to make the deal. It's cut and dried quickly. No back and forth.
