New Car Purchase I dealt with David ,Matt and Mark on the Purchase of my new Ford Fusion. My experience was one of Utter suprise. You expect to go through some uneasy negotiation process or be pressured into spending more than you can afford.But my experience was pressure free and actually a delight. I left the Dealership with a new car and a peaceful feeling about the whole experience.I actually paid less than I expected for the car and I was in and out in about an Hour! David put me at ease the moment I walked in. He introduced Matt to me and He was very knowledgeable about the Car and answered my questions and never said"I Don't know".I Highly reccomend Jack Kain Ford and Their staff for your auto needs! I could not find another diesel mechanic at a Ford dealership that wanted to work on any part of my truck that was NOT the diesel engine. If you have had a diesel truck with a problem and no other Ford dealership would fix or repair it I strongly recommend you bring your truck to Jack Kain Ford. I had a neighbor tell me if Jack Kain Ford could not repair my truck it could not be fixed. My neighbor is a truck driver and knew what he was talking about. they took their time and fixed my truck. Also my truck DID NOT have diesel oil/grease on the steering wheel/door handles/floor mat when I got in the truck to drive it home and that was a first for me. James Hold was my service advisor, I am not sure the name of the diesel mechanic but James said he had been with Jack Kain Ford for 13 years. The diesel mechanic did an outstanding job, I picked my truck up from service on October 7th, 2014. My neighbor recommended them to me and now I can recommend them to you. My neighbor also personally drives a Ford Mustang. More

Top notch staff I not the type of person who normally writes a review. But after dealing with the staff at Jack Kain Ford i thought that i would share my experience. I was passing through the area heading north for work. I discovered a leaking water pump on my F-350 and pulled into the dealership. It was 10 minutes after 5 and all of the mechanics had already left. The service guy aware of my situation found me several hotels in the area as well as set me up with a car to drive for the evening. He provided me with a quote for the repair and tried to do whatever he could to help make my experience better. They got to work on my truck first thing the next morning and had me back on the road after lunch that day. The quote that was provided the previous afternoon was spot on the quality of work seems to be top notch. I can't say enough about this dealer or their friendly staff. If you are ever in the area and need any work performed on your vehicle, give Jack Kain your business. You won't be sorry! More

Always a good experience Took my 2011 Escape in for The Works Oil change, tire rotation, etc. Even with a couple of vehicles in front of me I was only waiting a bit over 30 mi Took my 2011 Escape in for The Works Oil change, tire rotation, etc. Even with a couple of vehicles in front of me I was only waiting a bit over 30 minutes and because I was reading news on my tablet I was actually surprised that my vehicle was ready so fast. This dealership has always been efficient with service and will give me a reasonably accurate estimate of time it will take. They provide a free ride home if it's going to be several hours and will come back and pick me up ( I live within 3 miles, but they do that for anyone in the local area.) More
