Unethical I came in to get my windshield wiper fixed. The repair should’ve been about 400+. When I told them I had an extended warranty that I purchased at the I came in to get my windshield wiper fixed. The repair should’ve been about 400+. When I told them I had an extended warranty that I purchased at the time of purchase on my car, they became visibly frustrated. The warranty brought the total costs down to just over 275 which was the cost of my deductible. Then after I had finished my paperwork and completed my transaction, the service rep came up and told me that my battery wouldn’t start so I would need to purchase another one. Had they told me this 5 minutes sooner, this would’ve been covered under deductible along with my windshield wiper so it would’ve been free. But since they waited until after I paid, this would’ve been an extra 150 dollars. I opted to have them just “jumpstart” my car, even though I never actually saw them do that and never saw my car “dead”. Once I got my car from them, my dashboard showed my battery as totally full charge and has not given me any problems since. I find it extremely hard to believe that it was actually dead. It felt like they were just trying to get me to pay more money for what they felt they deserved from me for the windshield wiper repair. It was very frustrating and I will not be returning. More

Joe Mathias worked with GM for several days to get the needed authorizations necessary to allow the work to proceed. He even got us a loaner vehicle as the repair was going to be over several days. Couldn’t be more satisfied with the quality of work and the support Joe and the team providdd us. They went beyond our expectations! Joe deserves employee of the year in our vote. More
I would about this dealership if possible I felt taken advantage of. I had an issue with my car. The issue turned out to be related to a part that was recalled. Instead of informing of the re I felt taken advantage of. I had an issue with my car. The issue turned out to be related to a part that was recalled. Instead of informing of the recall they charged me for their services (disguise check) without even fixing the problem. I had to call and complain to the manager to then finally get the part replaced, but I did not get a refund for the diagnosis even though I initially told them I suspected that was the issue. I was charged $130 for something that should have been free of charge. I would advice to avoid going to this dealership if possible. More
Kind of annoyed When dealer called about my issue I asked them to also look at my washer fluid bc it wasn’t working guy said they would take care of it and didn’t.
