For instance, they know I drive a lot of miles, so they set up the deal with the 100,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty so I could consider the price and have peace of mind. I ended up taking it. The point is, they get to know you and can tailor a plan to your needs and budget. We've purchased 4 Cruze's, a Traverse and a Malibu all since 2014. Stacey Evans is simply outstanding!! He goes above and beyond every time I work with him. Melvin Jiles was awesome-showed me all the cars' features and guided me through the process. Even though he didn't help me this time-John Spivey works there and sold me my first car 33 years ago!(Different dealership but he was great back then too!!-Always says hello if he sees me.) I just can't say enough about the service we get! Mike Figlestahler sold my daughter her first car just last week so I had an extra Cruze at the house and decided to trade it and another Cruze in on my new Malibu. She got her own new Cruze. Quick excellent service! I brought my car in for service and was out of the door in under 30 minutes. I was greeted politely and was taken care of. I was able to sit in the lo I brought my car in for service and was out of the door in under 30 minutes. I was greeted politely and was taken care of. I was able to sit in the lounge and connect to the wifi so that I was able to work while waiting. My car was returned to me in the same manor that I gave my care to them.
