Would be nice if dealership followed through on washing cars when serviced as my salesman indicated. More

2006 C6 Corvette - Starter Motor II brought my car in on Thursday around noon, and Jerry was able to get to it and had it done the next day. Jerry was going on vacation the next day. I always have sticker shock but that is primarily because my wife and I are on a fixed income. They gave me a loaner truck to use which made the experience even better. I was concerned that there would be more then the starter motor wrong with my car, but there wasn't; turns out the entire electrical/computer etc. in the car is wired together, so that when the starter motor goes out it affects the entire engine. I got my car back and it runs great. More

Manager & sales person went way above & beyond. I wasn't the easiest person to deal with. Dan Funk was the sales person that dealt with me. He 1st showed me a car that only basic stuff on it. I d I wasn't the easiest person to deal with. Dan Funk was the sales person that dealt with me. He 1st showed me a car that only basic stuff on it. I didn't like that at all. But, I told him I would think about it & left & went back the next day & he then showed me a car that had all of the bells & whistles on it (even though he had filled out all the paperwork on the 1st car). He proceeded to fill out a second set of paperwork on the 2nd car, I drove it home. But, when I tried putting everything in the trunk that I kept in my car (it was a 2013 Honda Fit) I almost started crying. Then I realized that the backseat only had seating for 2 people. I have 7 grandchildren. I have 4 of them with me a lot. So, I called & asked the manager if he would take back the car. He kind of gave me a hard time, but in the end he told me to come back to the dealership he would see if he could give me a sonic. So, that is what I bought. Dan Funk filled out yet a 3rd set of papers. I said when I left, I'll be calling you tomorrow. But, I didn't. I am really glad that Dan was so patient with me. He deserves a raise. He never once lost his patience or out of line with me. He's called me several times since I purchased the car. More

Woody saw both my cars this past week and his service always comes with courtesy and professionalism. All questions get answered and I get provided a rental if needed (Saturday I did). Had my wife's car fixed on Saturday and is working with me on the issue with my car. Highly recommend. And also to the friendly, courteous staff in Service (especially Barb) who always makes you feel welcome and cared for. More

Terrible experience I went to test drive a car. There ended up being a few things wrong with it. So they sent it out immediately for service. Which I thought was great. T I went to test drive a car. There ended up being a few things wrong with it. So they sent it out immediately for service. Which I thought was great. They called me to tell me it was back and before I could get there. They sold it out from under me. And just to be sure I wasn't driving there for nothing I called to make sure they still had it since I couldn't get there till after work. They told me yes it wAs still there. So after arriving they told me it already sold. No apologies nothing. Worst experience ever. Will never attempt to buy a car from them again. More
