John Spivey was the salesman I dealt with, he maintained contact with me between my trips. Answered all my questions and made the experience of buying a vehicle very enjoyable. Maxton's is a cut above some of the other dealers I've come in contact with. Great quality service I came to Quick Service to find a line of people waiting. With other stuff to do on a Saturday, I knew it would probably be impossible to get my oil I came to Quick Service to find a line of people waiting. With other stuff to do on a Saturday, I knew it would probably be impossible to get my oil changed. The guy at the desk suggested I give my name and number to place me in line, then come back at a specific time and I could get in. Not believing this, I said sure anyway then proceeded to do my morning errands. When I returned at the the time given to me, I was pleasantly surprised to see that my position in line WAS held and my car was next to be serviced. Service was quick, I had them check to see if any further service was needed, then I was on my way. To see the guys work so hard and efficient to get all of the customers serviced by noon was incredible. Kudos to all of them. More

Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. I was told about the cost of the diagnostics when I made the appointment and when I brought the car in. I asked if they offered any discounts and was told "not that I'm aware of". I waited for 30 mins and was told they needed to take the connectors apart to clean them and I would be good to go. I waited another 30 mins and was told my car was ready. When I was brought over to the cashier to pay the bill, I was told "I was able to knock about $80 bucks off for ya". The bill was still a little higher than I was thinking it should be for just cleaning some connections and a diagnostics check, but for as quick and friendly as they were, as well as being told I did get something knocked off the bill, I'm overall pretty happy. More

He got me out of a negative equity loan from one of those "not a buy here pay here, but pay out the butt" car dealer/finance places and kept my payments within $20 of what i was paying for the older, not so nice vehicle.
