I initially put this dealership at a 5 they were great working with my daughter to get a car, told me that the car was in sound shape for her and her 3 year old daughter to be in and we trusted them. About three days after having it a full gas tank went all over the ground out front of our house! They fixed the fuel lines but it goes to show they were not checked! We told them before we bought it that the side mirrors were not alerting you of a car beside you before be bought it and was told they would fix it and we have gotten nothing but the run around and it has not been fixed! We showed them the spider marks in the windshield showing stress and they told us they were nothing two months in and there is a crack now and they are telling us there is nothing they will do! It is in the same spot I showed them the chip. We trusted their word and all they did was lie! We asked about and extended warranty, I wanted one for four or 5 year 10,000 Plus miles did not happen. Service, and service writers To Whom it my concern, as a faithful customer, as a whole J/M service is great, how ever sometimes there is one or two service writers that give a hum To Whom it my concern, as a faithful customer, as a whole J/M service is great, how ever sometimes there is one or two service writers that give a humoring attitude toward me, when I bring my vehicle in for service...I'm 68 years old and I've been a mechanic and technician my whole life....When I bring my vehicle in for service, I mention to them what the vehicle is doing or what has happened to the vehicle. I don't tell them what to do, I mention what it could be." Instead of we will check it out." I get a answer of, or " that couldn't be, or don't think that's it" answer," the problem or they make a decision to do something else. It is not the service writers job to dictate or analyze what could be wrong with the vehicle, that is the technicians job!...I know every one must get payed, and I know the tech is the last one to be payed. The service writer should not think in terms of make top dollar on a service job. Eventually he or she will make the money they want when they are honest and trust worthy to the customer.and the tech as well. Don't under estimate the customers knowledge. Brought my vehicle in for the second time to see why the tires were leaking air and once again they didn’t find the problem. The first time I was charged $250.00 for not finding the issue!!! I took it to Di tires were leaking air and once again they didn’t find the problem. The first time I was charged $250.00 for not finding the issue!!! I took it to Discount Tire later Tuesday afternoon and they found corrosion around the tire pressure sensor and around the beading. They cleaned it up, replaced one small part in the sensor and resealed it!!! They said they see this problem ALL THE TIME!!! They fixed the leaks and there was NO CHARGE...DO YOU BELIEVE IT? I will not be returning to your dealership again...EVER nor will I recommend your dealership 😉 More
