Very slow service I took in for a dead battery with less than 2000 mi under warranty. Was told half hour to 2 hrs. wait. Part Replacement While traveling, I had a check engine light come on. After taking it to another dealer shop, they informed me I needed to have a heat actuator replace While traveling, I had a check engine light come on. After taking it to another dealer shop, they informed me I needed to have a heat actuator replaced. I immediately made an appointment with Jack Maxton to get it checked out. I was thrilled to be able to schedule my appointment online, and that I could get in immediately. When there, Eric Davis was polite, informative, and eager to help us. He let me know that they ran the diagnostic tests and I will need to eventually replace all the other parts in that system, but they were okay for now. I appreciate that Maxton never tries to oversell things to me I don't need. Mr Davis was a pleasure to work with. I will always take my Impala to Jack Maxton for my automotive needs. More
