I have never received a personal video before. It was a nice, welcoming touch. After arriving and meeting James, he verified which car and brought it up to the lobby as I waited inside (it was HOT outside). After a test drive and a thorough explanation of the features, I decided to purchase the vehicle. After a short negotiation, I was in and out of financing in no time. James explained every button, nook and cranny of my new car before I left... he even synced my phone for me. I have purchased over 10 vehicles from various dealerships and I have to say, this experience was by far the best. More

This dealership had a vehicle I was extremely interested in but was located 5 hours away from where I live in San Antonio. And though Travis was great and responded quickly and promptly to all requests for in but was located 5 hours away from where I live in San Antonio. And though Travis was great and responded quickly and promptly to all requests for pictures, videos, etc., my experience at the dealership was less than pleasant. I had a friend drive me the five hours to check out the vehicle listed, and it was FILTHY on the inside—old food, dog hair, grease, etc. everywhere (doors, middle console, front seat, back seat). They explained it had been sent off to be detailed, but I told them it wasn’t up to par. I asked if they could knock the price of getting it detailed again from the amount owed or give us a gift card to a legitimate detail facility, to which they declined and offered to detail it again. We requested to borrow a vehicle to at least go grab some food, and that vehicle (which was also for sale) was disgusting as well. Anyway, after returning from lunch, we waited an additional 30 minutes only for it to come back looking subpar AGAIN. To conclude my experience at this dealership, I went to give the check to Joe (finance guy) just to get out of there, and he tried to sell me an extended warranty. If cleaning the interior of a vehicle to sell is so difficult, why would I want them to service my car in the future? (Not to mention I live five hours away.) Joe then proceeds to tell me something to the effect of, ‘If the car breaks down on the drive home, it’s on you’. I understand that is implied, but what else is inferred in the semantics of that statement? There were so many other ways he could’ve conveyed the same message without making the consumer question if they’re being sold a faulty vehicle that could potentially break down within five hours of being purchased. I’m sure they take pride in their new vehicles but make it clear they don’t care about the used ones they are selling and ultimately have no desire to give the customer a good experience. More
