AIR COMPRESSOR WENT OUT, NO AIR AND THAT'S A MUST IN TEXAS HEAT! HAD AN INSURANCE CLAIM FOR REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF THE A/C COMPRESSOR AND ANDY IN THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT WAS A REAL JEWEL IN HELPING ME TEXAS HEAT! HAD AN INSURANCE CLAIM FOR REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF THE A/C COMPRESSOR AND ANDY IN THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT WAS A REAL JEWEL IN HELPING ME GET IT DONE. THE INSURANCE COMPANY AT FIRST DIDN'T WANT TO COVER ALL THE PARTS NECESSARY TO GET THE NEW COMPRESSOR INSTALLED, BUT ANDY REPRESENTED ME, NOT THEM AND ULTIMATELY ALL I PAID WAS MY DEDUCTIBLE. WE HAD A COPY OF THE POLICY PAGE THAT DESCRIBED THE WORK PAID FOR SO THEY COULD NOT ARGUE EFFECTIVELY AGAINST PAYING FOR ALL THE CLAIM. AND MADE SURE THEY DID. HE WAS VERY, FRIENDLY, PROFESSIONAL AND A JOY TO WORK WITH. More
