Very unprofessional Jack Phelan was not helpful to me at all treated very unprofessional. Sold defective key. Live and Learn 5th car family bought from Phelen and the last. Jeep was bought April 1st and needed service. Jason was very accommodating. It’s ok. 200$ is not a lot of money but next time I buy a vehicle or family, friend, co-worker etc I will let them know to look elsewhere. I was also promised to have it detailed. The sad thing, I’ve been a loyal Jack Phelan customer for 10 years, this was my 3rd and final Chevy I will purchase from them. You would think they would offer some kind assistance to keep me on the road. No payment plans, no nothing, just a smile and a bill for $2700. More
