He knew just what she wanted It's not often you find a car salesman who knows what you really want. I had a list of SUV's in mind and had been to 4 other dealerships. When we walk It's not often you find a car salesman who knows what you really want. I had a list of SUV's in mind and had been to 4 other dealerships. When we walked into Jack Phelan we were met with a warm greeting from Jose. I told him what we were looking for and he let us test drive those vehicles. During the test drives we had some good discussion about various vehicles. But my wife wasn't pleased with any of the vehicles she drove. After the last vehicle, Jose said, "I want to show you one more vehicle." Bingo! My wife fell in love with the jeep grand Cherokee! We would never have guessed that we would be driving a Jeep. After all, we had been loyal Chrysler fans. Jose had had a keen sense of just what we wanted and after some good natured haggling, offered me a deal I couldn't refuse. Thank you Jose and Jack Phelan!
