Bella was very patient and nice. Last minute letdown tho Came in with my mother looking to buy a car for a surprise birthday gift to my soon to be eighteen year old. Bella worked hours with us to make it all possible and even going the extra mile on her own time and money to make a giant bow for the car. This is our family’s fourth purchase at Jack phelan couldn’t think of going anywhere else. It’s always our first choice when car shopping 😃 Adding to my experience from buying to actually picking up car. Was told that it had a navigation system that was 1 of my 2 must have options in purchasing car, picked it up over the weekend and there wasn’t any such navigation system in vehicle plus service was already closed told to call today Monday June 11, 2018 and was told that no it doesn’t have it and that I maybe able to buy one if it’s possible. I was told at least two times while looking to buy the Compass that it had a navigation system plus two times when I called to double check over phone they said yes it definitely does. But now it’s like oh no my mistake it doesn’t have one of the must haves you wanted in your NEW OUT RIGHT PURCHASE OF A 2018 Jeep Compass. And then to say you can maybe pay to have one installed. This is a major mistake on their end and should also be rectified and made right on their end. By making sure this new vehicle we bought with the best intentions of the dealership saying it had exactly what we asked for and paid for. Extremely disappointed with this service and experience this time purchasing from this dealership. Really hope they make their mistake right ?? More
