Great experience buying a Jeep I had my eye on a new trailhawk for a few months and finally was ready to make the purchase. I was on the lot with my girlfriend looking at several trailhawks for probably less than ten minutes When we were greeted by Ruben. He really took the time to get to know us, ask questions, show us all of our options, make us feel comfortable, and ultimately showed me The perfect trailhawk for me.Really a top notch experience from beginning to end and so far I couldn't be happier. Will definitely go back to Jack Phelan when looking at another vehicle in the future. More

We did a basic internet search and found one that we were interested in at this dealership, so we went. Ruben was the first person to come up to us, and he was instantly willing to help us check the truck out and take it for a test drive. He answered all of our questions, and he was incredibly understanding when we told him we wanted to talk it over and sleep on it before signing anything and making any final decisions. He gave us his card with a way to contact him and when we decided to get the truck we made sure to go back to him because of the great service we received the night before. He was very understanding and patient with us, and he really did everything he could to get us the best deal and everything we wanted. Ruben made the process completely painless and was an absolute joy to work with. He also told us that if we ever need anything in the future that we can contact him directly, and he will take care of it. He was beyond awesome to work with! More

It was a frustrating, exhausting, time-consuming experience. At Jack Phelan it was a different story. At the door we were greeted by a very sweet guy Justin who had just started to work there few days ago. He was very easy going and polite and not pushy unlike other sales people. We picked a car from the showroom that we liked (jeep cherokee). He offered us a test ride wright away avoiding the formalities and made our buying experience quite a pleasure instead of a stress. We had our 4years old son with us and the whole thing was fun for him too. The store manager Dan was very pleasant and easy to deal with. We got a fair deal for the car the we wanted. The finance manager Jesse was very nice and honest too. Everyone at Plelans helped us to have a great experience. We definitely recommend this dealership. Natalie & Bob More

I worked extremely hard to repair my credit from my 20yr o This review could turn into a book but I'll spare you and give a synopsis of my experience! I worked extremely hard to repair my credit from my 20yr old mistakes, I was ready to purchase a vehicle and ogled over the new 2013 Chrysler 300, found it t a local dealership where they "shot gunned" my credit; ran it over 40 times even though my credit score was in the mid 700's. Changed the price of the vehicle between two sales agreements, sold me a warranty but included it into the price of the car and left me with minimal details regarding the warranty. They proceeded to increase my interest rate and bully me into signing the paperwork since I couldn't go to another dealership since they lowered my credit score significantly. I sobbed while signing the paperwork on my first car on my own. I travel for work and put 37k miles on the car and still owed $34k. I went to two other dealerships to have an estimate on the car, I got a lot of pity but no solutions for help. A great friend of mine referred me to Dan at Jack Phelan, and although hesitant I thought I'd give one last effort for hope. Meeting Dan was the best thing that could've happened! He listened to my sob story apologized and felt ashamed for the integrity of other dealership, he then gave me a plan of action on how he was going to help, not only the current issue but gave great advice and a plan in 2-3 years to be successful in purchasing again, no matter where I would buy from. Ruben & Dan never gave up and worked relentlessly to fix as much as they could, going above and beyond anything I could've expected. I was restored faith in customer service and will be a life time customer of Jack Phelan. Thank you! More

We eventually drove out of there with what we wanted and didn't really feel like we had to settle for something less. And even beyond the day that we bought the vehicle John was in touch with us regularly to coordinate the touch ups and to get everything together to make sure we got the car we that we agreed to buy.
