Once I reached out and explained my situation they took care of everything and I was in my new BMW less then a week later! Not only that but my car payment is $3.00 cheaper and my new car has 5,000 fewer miles! Had a nice salesman and a knowledgeable financial advisor helping me. Used truck purchase I found a used truck at Jackie Coopers that was just what I was looking for. I called and explained that I would be flying down from northern Wisconsi I found a used truck at Jackie Coopers that was just what I was looking for. I called and explained that I would be flying down from northern Wisconsin to purchase the truck and driving it back. Both the salesman and finance were very helpful in getting the loan taken care of and having the truck ready to go. They had someone pick me up at the airport and drive me back to the dealership. Once there the truck and paperwork were ready and I was on my way home in well under an hour. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them for a vehicle purchase! More

Only to arrive in OKC and be told they were no longer going to deal the deal. This was told to me by phone. They didn’t even have the decency to pick me up from the airport and tell me to my face. Insulting, disrespectful and flat out rude! I’m from the south and we have manners. Does not follow through with their promise. Bought a used truck from them at a good price but the salesman was not honest with the cost of the new tires. He charged $800.00 for a set of tires them put on a set of $400 tires and didn’t tell me. If I hadn’t checked they would have made an extra $400. Also was supposed to send a check for a referral the youkon dealer promised my son and was told numerous times it was processed but never was. Now won’t even answer my text. More
