Horrible experience, liked about repairs not being warranty Took mini in to have it's footwell module replaced since mine was acting up and it's covered by the warranty. Once I got in I was lied to and told it Took mini in to have it's footwell module replaced since mine was acting up and it's covered by the warranty. Once I got in I was lied to and told it wasn't covered until I showed the paper work saying it was then was lied to and mechanic caused a large oil leak. Mini had no oil leak going in and drove fine now I have a mini with a huge oil leak. Will not be returning and will be telling everyone I know and meet to never use their service. More

When I got there, Samantha, my Service Adviser, said of course I could wait and also have the yearly service done. I was out in an hour. Samantha is now my favorite person! Last year when I took my car for service, I not only waited for 2 hours when it shouldn’t have taken that long, but I was told my car could no longer be washed there because convertible tops were leaking. Samantha said that wasn’t true. That service advisor is no longer there. I’ve always had excellent service except for last year and Amy’s misinformation this year which Samantha corrected. So, they get a 5 Star review which they deserve. And Samantha deserves a raise. More

Liar! Tried to sell a wrecked vehicle without disclosing it! I called 3 times about the same car, a used bmw that was posted on the website. I talked to a salesperson who informed me that even though it wasn't l I called 3 times about the same car, a used bmw that was posted on the website. I talked to a salesperson who informed me that even though it wasn't listed as a certified preowned the car meets all the standards and passed inspection but in order to sell it at a lower price they weren't selling it as a CPO. The salesman after talking to me and my wife convinced us it was worth the drive so we travelled almost 2 hours to find an insurance claim in the glove box for the repair of the entire front end. This information did not show up on the carfax and this car obviously would not meet the cpo standards. He lied and waisted my time and money. Steer Clear! More
