worst customer service ever! I traveled over 1000 miles to purchase a used BMW and they expected me to purchase the car without seeing or driving it they told me it was on a lift I traveled over 1000 miles to purchase a used BMW and they expected me to purchase the car without seeing or driving it they told me it was on a lift for an airbag recall, they promised me a loaner car until it was repaired and because I refused to purchase without seeing or driving they reniged on the loaner. The disrespectful manager Chris was a total jerk with no customer service skills told me to call an uber. More

I stopped buying BMW's due to service problems with the Edmond facility. I recently bought a 7-series from J-C and in the 10 weeks that have passed since its purchase, the car has been at J-C's more than I have had it. I was recently returned to me and still is not fixed. I am a fool for giving this dealership another chance to fix its problems. I have spoken to everyone in authority at this dealership I can find and yet the result has been the same. Shame on Jackie Cooper for its performance. Shame on me for continuing to give it 'second' chances. More

I called the service writer back and told them I was going to talk with the service manager about this bid, they said "no need to get them involved. If I change it $500 will that work for you?" If you have to have work done here, it would be wise to get another bid. More
