Pleasant experience We were greeted by Garry and told him what I was looking for in a car. He suggested what he thought would fit my needs, showed us one and let me test We were greeted by Garry and told him what I was looking for in a car. He suggested what he thought would fit my needs, showed us one and let me test drive it. Even though that one was out of our price range he took us into a garage where he had 2 others not yet ready, but what we were wanting and the price range. He called the next morning to let me know they were available to test drive. When we got there he was out with another customer so he had someone else meet us to do the test drive. End result we bought that car. Shane did our financial write up and was able to help. I have had horrible experiences in that area, buying cars, but the people at Jackie Cooper BMW were very nice, helpful? Knowledgeable and NOT pushy. We plan to buy my husbands car there in the next year and not worried about getting worked over or raked over the coals! Thank you for the experience and my great car! More
