In fact, Kristin helped me complete most of it through our texts and a couple phone calls as I was out of state. By the time I was back in OKC, just a little paperwork was all that was left. However, after a call to Mini USA, I am now getting weekly feedback from the dealership. This is a big improvement. They are still providing a loaner and even changed me to a different loaner that I liked better. In fairness to the dealership, I felt it was only fair to report that my situation seems to be improving. More
