BMW makes a great product, and Jackie Cooper has a great no hassle process that, from my observation, results in reasonable pricing and an abbreviated buying experience (I already knew what I wanted when I initiated the purchasing process). In fact, Kristin helped me complete most of it through our texts and a couple phone calls as I was out of state. By the time I was back in OKC, just a little paperwork was all that was left. Garylash update This is to update my prior review. My car is still at the dealership. Almost 2 1/2 months now. Still no word on when it might be fixed. However, after a call to Mini USA, I am now getting weekly feedback from the dealership. This is a big improvement. They are still providing a loaner and even changed me to a different loaner that I liked better. In fairness to the dealership, I felt it was only fair to report that my situation seems to be improving. More
