Horrible customer service and no leadership To be fair, JC Mini repaired my old Mini and although it took several weeks, the repair was good. I special ordered a new, custom built Mini and the rep lied about the stereo. He said the Harmon Kardon option was not available but assured that it was not necessary because the new Mini was equipped with " premium BMW speakers" , including the 10 speaker setup with subs. The car arrived and it does not have component speakers, but instead has 4-inch drivers only. As an audio enthusiast for over 30 years, I can assure you the sound is utterly bland. They either lied in order to get the order to go through or they acted with careless indifference as to the accuracy of their promise. The car arrived with a defective passenger seat track. JC did not notice it, but I reported it within 24 hours of taking delivery of the car. They ordered a part and said they'd call in a few weeks. I never heard back from them so I called JC about 5 1/2 weeks later only to be told they have no record of seeing my car or ordering a seat track. I was agitated and the service man said he would investigate. He did call me back later that day to advise the part was there. Apparently it was sitting there and nobody knew what to do with it. I set an appnt to take the car in and When I took it in, JC provided a loaner for the day. I did not hear back from them at all that day (a Wednesday). On Friday they called to say the part would not work because the seat track did not come with the component they need. He said the car would not be fixed Saturday and insinuated it would be the following Monday. That was nearly 7 weeks ago and at this moment my car is still sitting there. JC BMW manager Ray Keitz called 2 weeks ago (tomorrow will be 2 weeks) and left a message apologizing that he never got back with me on an unrelated matter concerning the stereo. He commented that he found out about the seat problem and assured me he would make sure I was attended to. He asked me call him back and I did so the same day. Tomorrow will be 2 weeks with no return call from Ray. I have heard nothing from Mini service since July 16. This dealership has no organization or leadership. I bought a $30,0000+ Mini Cooper and I want to love the car and be excited about it. The lack of attention and seeming incompetence at every turn sours the experience of owning this awesome car. I'm terrified that something else might need attention someday and I'll have to deal with these people again. The sales associate Chris Ward is awesome. He loves the Mini brand and is generous with his time to inform new customers about the Mini lineup. (Obviously, Chris is not the one who misrepresented the stereo options.) More
Go to Moritz in Arlington, TX if you really want a Mini I was very disappointed with the sales department. The Mini salesperson talked incessantly. We could't get a word in!! The test drive was exhausting. I was very disappointed with the sales department. The Mini salesperson talked incessantly. We could't get a word in!! The test drive was exhausting. This guy didn't stop to breathe. When we got back to the dealership he quoted us prices that were well above what was advertised and when we questioned him about it we got the runaround. Moritz in Arlington, Texas is well worth the drive if you really want to be in a Mini. After 6 years in a Mini we decided to go with a Subaru. Hudiburg Subaru in OKC is GREAT! Bye bye Mini. It's been a fun ride. More
BEST EXPERIENCE EVER WHEN BUYING A CAR I love my new BMW528i, I love everything about it! Everybody there was very friendly, everyone I saw said hello and had a smile on their face. I can I love my new BMW528i, I love everything about it! Everybody there was very friendly, everyone I saw said hello and had a smile on their face. I can't say enough about Traci Sellers, she was very knowledgable and very professional. But, at the same time her bubbly personality made me feel like family. I have never laughed so much while buying a major purchase. I would definitely recommend Traci and the entire Jackie Cooper BMW dealership!! More
Liars. Rude and disregard to public safety and customer security. Will do what it takes to screw you out of money and nit worry about your safety or return service. Does not mind stacking lies on top of l security. Will do what it takes to screw you out of money and nit worry about your safety or return service. This dealership is painfully aware that they are the only game in town. The salesmen are the the calibre you would expect to en counter at a used car lot run by a fly by night operation, you know the type, L game in town. The salesmen are the the calibre you would expect to en counter at a used car lot run by a fly by night operation, you know the type, Lynn Hyckie Dodge circa 1995. The general manager, a young obviously inexperienced fellow actually made a pass at my wife while I was in the finance department wrapping our deal up. I would onto recommend this dealership. More
I have no reason to recommend this dealership. The dealership does not care about customer satisfaction. They are the only BMW dealership in the city and they are well aware customers have little opt dealership does not care about customer satisfaction. They are the only BMW dealership in the city and they are well aware customers have little option to take their cars elsewhere for service, and even more obvious is that they are well aware of their advantage of being 1 of 2 BMW dealers in OK. I have been a loyal BmW owner, and am willing to buy out of state or not another BMW with the intention to avoid this dealership. I took my 09 X5 in for service, used a BMW loaner vehicle, left my iPhone 4 in the loaner, never got my phone back. I dropped the loaner back after hours,I called them the next morning and was told they would look for it. Then I got a call saying the loaner had already gone back out. The service department continued to tell me the car was not returned for 3 weeks, all the while refusing to contact the customer to inquire about my phone. I attempted to contact management, it is impossible to reach upper management or receive a call or response back. I emailed their executives and general manager, never even got a response or acknowledgment. My phone was never returned because of Jackie Cooper BMW's negligence. I attempted to file a complaint with the customer retention specialist and was dismissed and told essentially "tough luck". I never was offered any concern over the matter. Sadly, to build upon the issue, I had problems with service dept before, 1. Parts not being fully installed, 2. Arriving for appointments and waiting For an hour to be told my part that I came in for had not arrived, 3. Told to come back at a later date, after waiting for hours For my car to be fully serviced, so the service rep could leave for the day for his holiday. I had problems with the sales department also.. I once arrived for an appt, only to sit for an hour waiting, while the salesman continued to walk by, then acknowledging he completely forgot I was there to see him. I was told by a salesman to pick 2 cars I wanted to see so he wouldn't waste his time showing me cars. I asked specifics on the cars I wanted to see and his responses were more often "I don't know". I purchased a car over the internet, and when I received it the car has a crack in the windshield and the headliner was torn. They refused to fix or pay for either to be replaced. Finally, I was told they it the car has a crack in the windshield and the headliner was torn. They refused to fix or pay for either to be replaced. Finally, I was told they would split it with me and they never sent me a check. I call them now and they wont call me back. Worst dealership, and gives BMW a bad name. More
the reason I wouldn't recommend this dealership is because I was Lied to. When I purchased the car, I was told the tires were new (run flat tires). being a single mom and working two jobs, having that because I was Lied to. When I purchased the car, I was told the tires were new (run flat tires). being a single mom and working two jobs, having that kind of security (able to make it home for repairs vs. on the road stranded somewhere),was a selling factor for me. For approximately a year now, I was experiencing a low tire on occasion. The salesman told me I had run-flat tires, my monitor in the car gave instructions on how to drive with "my" run flat tires. Then I find out that I don't have that kind of tire when I took it in for repairs. So I took it back to the dealership only to be told that I turned down the insurance they sell for roadside assistance (which by the way were for run flat tires). I was told they would pay half for another tire,"if that would make me happy"...did I have a choice? I didn't think so. total bill $220.00, my half was $160.00. half? I don't think so. (if I was to have a flat on the highway, and I was under the impression I had run flat tires...if I tried to make it to a safe place to change my tire, it would've ruined the tire, possibly my wheel and other parts to my very expensive, luxury car.) Thanks Jackie Cooper for selling me a bill of goods that was not up to hype. While the car may be nice, the lies to sell me a pre-certified used car, didn't instill faith in my car "advisor". By the way, I was told the previous owner put a new windshield on my car too. When I told Jackie Cooper dealership that I couldn't get the sensor for the windshield wipers to come on, I was asked if I was "doing it right". I work at a place where thousands of people work. Word of mouth is good or bad advertising. What do you think I'll tell people now? More
