Only two gripes during our buying process-both vehicles we wanted to see were over in reconditionin his straightforward and professional approach. Would like for management to list the vehicles when actually ready to sell. Further, the finance guy said he was “required” to go over the extended warranty stuff even after we said not interested. I understand he works on commission but I didn’t appreciate being held there for a sales pitch even after being clear I wouldn’t purchase. Just a few things to work on for an otherwise positive experience. Thanks! More
