If you are considering purchasing a car from Cooper BMW, do it! I worked with Dustin and he was FANTASTIC! I do not usually buy cars from large dealerships because they can be a pain but Dustin made my car do it! I worked with Dustin and he was FANTASTIC! I do not usually buy cars from large dealerships because they can be a pain but Dustin made my car buying experience exceptionally easy! He was attentive, knowledgeable, and very accommodating. I live out of state so I had to fly in to get the car. Dustin was in constant contact throughout the process, he made videos for all of the cars I was interested in, answered all of my random questions, and put me at ease with the finance process. Dustin made sure that I got the car I wanted and he even picked me up from the airport. Now that is next level customer service! Even after the sale he followed up and provided whatever additional information I needed. I have already started to recommended him and Cooper BMW to my friends.
