All they did was laugh and say they don’t care about bad reviews because it’s above their pay grade. Apparently people have forgotten what us veterans had to go through or endure to even receive a card like that. I will make sure and be heard that this business discriminates against veterans and disabled veterans and think it’s funny and not one manager wanted to come out and speak to me even after I said I was going to let people know about how my experience. I also would never recommend this business for service of any kind. My car was prepaid for service and in there almost a month sitting there for weeks. I finally get it back today and it dirtier than when it came in after a huge five digit bill. Every step from the time I dropped off my car to the time I picked it up was a very atrocious experience. I would never recommend them to anyone. More
I’m so disappointed in this dealership! I bought a used 2019 Toyota Highlander there in August of 2023, less than a year ago, and I just had to spend $4900 on an oil pan leak 2 1/2 weeks af I bought a used 2019 Toyota Highlander there in August of 2023, less than a year ago, and I just had to spend $4900 on an oil pan leak 2 1/2 weeks after they had my car in for an oil change. My engine light came on as I was leaving the parking lot and they turned it off and told me it was a crankshaft sensor. Nothing was wrong with the sensor and I died in the middle of a busy street and had to have it towed. Conveniently, this was a part that was excluded from my extended warranty. So disappointing! More
I’ve been at the dealership for 3 1/2 hours now for an oil change. When I got in the car the check engine light was on. They told me typically when the check engine light comes on it’s something else! I t oil change. When I got in the car the check engine light was on. It’s ridiculous that they can have it for 3 1/2 hours when I made a service appointment and then my check engine light comes on for something they did. More
Made an appointment 2 weeks in advance. Took my car in on Thursday...Said they couldn't look at it until Monday.......all weekend without a car???? No loaner until another month. So why do I leave it on Thursday to not be seen until Monday?? Reply was.....'to get in line'. What a great dis-service for such a high end place. Soooo. disappointing. More

Worst General Manager and Service Department. Never return calls and never fix what they are supposed to. We have had our vehicle in there more than 3 times for the same issue and the service manager n return calls and never fix what they are supposed to. We have had our vehicle in there more than 3 times for the same issue and the service manager never returns our calls and finally had to go to the General Manager who doesn't care anything about service. There are no loaners if you need one for the day. More
Not honoring extended warranty Purchased a bumper to bumper 100,000 extended warranty, went in for service (oil change, shimmy in front end, stalls when starting when engine is cold Purchased a bumper to bumper 100,000 extended warranty, went in for service (oil change, shimmy in front end, stalls when starting when engine is cold) this week with 96,000 miles on 2015 BMW X-6. Front rotors are warped, need to be replaced, will not honor warranty because front brake pads still have "life" left in them!? Every mechanic in the world knows you never replace rotors and put old brake pads back on, not on a $20,000 car or on this $80,000 X-6. By the way, this is also the first brake job on this vehicle, which means that the brakes pads are older also. Stalling is caused by transmission software needing updating according to tech, guess what, again not covered under warranty even though it is a safety issue and engine issue while under extended warranty. They sell you these expensive warranties promising bumper to bumper coverage and then they find BS reasons to NOT honor the warranty. This is my 5th BMW, but it is also my last one. Final nail, had for three days, go to pick up and they didn't even wash it, which is one of their staples. NEVER AGAIN!! More
Worst dealer service ever. Won’t honor a warranty over a $350.00 part. Jackie Cooper BMW has been my go to dealership for extended warranty purchases for 12 years now. The best coverage at a GREAT price. Oh, and I don’t own a BMW, My warranties are on Ford F-150 and Ford extended warranty purchases for 12 years now. The best coverage at a GREAT price. Oh, and I don’t own a BMW, My warranties are on Ford F-150 and Ford Explorer. I will be purchasing another in about 3000 miles too! More
