I checked with BMW dealers in Tulsa, Dallas and Wichita and they all quoted around $ Cooper quoted $1165.00 to replace 6 plugs and an ignition coil!! I checked with BMW dealers in Tulsa, Dallas and Wichita and they all quoted around $500!!. I called the service writer back and told them I was going to talk with the service manager about this bid, they said "no need to get them involved. If I change it $500 will that work for you?" If you have to have work done here, it would be wise to get another bid. More

They got the car into the shop in just a few minutes, thoroughly checked the engine for leaking fluids, and found out that it was only AC condensate dripping from drain hose, a normal condition. I was on my way in 15 minutes after I dropped off the car and wasn't not charged for the visit. Great service! More
