Fantastic. Utilized the Road Side Assistance which is included with the purchase of a Mini. I was worried about how my car would be cared for during the tow. H Utilized the Road Side Assistance which is included with the purchase of a Mini. I was worried about how my car would be cared for during the tow. Horizon Towing specializes in Mini and they couldn't have taken better care of our Mini. The dealership amazed me. Tyler called us and gave status updates and all worked was completed as promised. Our car came back super clean with no greasy fingerprints on my leather interior. If you are thinking of purchasing a Mini Cooper you will not be disappointed in the car or the customer service you will receive. More
My new BMW was defective and caught fire with me in it My new convertible had a known fuel pump issue. The dealership told me they had to replace it. When I went to pick it up they said they just didn't replace the pump cleared the error code.Their service records show they did find a leak in the fuel pump. A few weeks later the car malfunctioned and caught fire on a bridge with me in it. I seen flames and when I opened the door to escape it caused a flash fire 8 feet high. I had no choice but to run through the fire into on coming traffic. I almost got hit by an 18 wheeler who barley missed me. He was the one who stopped and called 911. I got out of and was burned when I jumped through the fire. I was on a narrow bridge seconds after I egress my burning car it exploded for the first time. I almost died and I was traumatized. The fire marshal was on the scene. He did an investigation and determined it to be a product malfunction. BMW North America sent 2 engineers from Germany to inspect the car. My insurance company was supposed to pay for a destructive breakdown of the car to find the cause and origin of the fire. That never happened however, I put the remains of my car in storage and retained the salvage title. I never wanted to sue BMW or have a legal issue with them. Ever since I was a little girl it was my dream to own a convertible BMW. This was my second.. It was under warranty and malfunctioned. I have done all I can to ask them to replace it. I had a friend who was an attorney and he filed something for me to retain my rights under the statue of limitations. He has since passed away. My options are to sue them?? Why ?? Please Jackie Cooper BMW please take the salvage, I will give it to you, please find out what happened and correct it on your end. You find out you keep the information private and use it so no one will get hurt. Please replace my car. I don't want anything else or to hold you liable or anything else from you concerning this.I dont want money for injuries or any money just please replace my car with one that works. I have bought over 12 vehicles from Joe and Jackie Cooper in Oklahoma. My husband and I are disabled vets of the USAF and retired from Tinker AFB, Oklahoma City. If you wont help .l do not intend to sue you. I have called and come by so many times.....Please contact me More

However, after This is to update my prior review. My car is still at the dealership. Almost 2 1/2 months now. Still no word on when it might be fixed. However, after a call to Mini USA, I am now getting weekly feedback from the dealership. This is a big improvement. They are still providing a loaner and even changed me to a different loaner that I liked better. In fairness to the dealership, I felt it was only fair to report that my situation seems to be improving. More
Horrible customer service and no leadership To be fair, JC Mini repaired my old Mini and although it took several weeks, the repair was good. I special ordered a new, custom built Mini and the To be fair, JC Mini repaired my old Mini and although it took several weeks, the repair was good. I special ordered a new, custom built Mini and the rep lied about the stereo. He said the Harmon Kardon option was not available but assured that it was not necessary because the new Mini was equipped with " premium BMW speakers" , including the 10 speaker setup with subs. The car arrived and it does not have component speakers, but instead has 4-inch drivers only. As an audio enthusiast for over 30 years, I can assure you the sound is utterly bland. They either lied in order to get the order to go through or they acted with careless indifference as to the accuracy of their promise. The car arrived with a defective passenger seat track. JC did not notice it, but I reported it within 24 hours of taking delivery of the car. They ordered a part and said they'd call in a few weeks. I never heard back from them so I called JC about 5 1/2 weeks later only to be told they have no record of seeing my car or ordering a seat track. I was agitated and the service man said he would investigate. He did call me back later that day to advise the part was there. Apparently it was sitting there and nobody knew what to do with it. I set an appnt to take the car in and When I took it in, JC provided a loaner for the day. I did not hear back from them at all that day (a Wednesday). On Friday they called to say the part would not work because the seat track did not come with the component they need. He said the car would not be fixed Saturday and insinuated it would be the following Monday. That was nearly 7 weeks ago and at this moment my car is still sitting there. JC BMW manager Ray Keitz called 2 weeks ago (tomorrow will be 2 weeks) and left a message apologizing that he never got back with me on an unrelated matter concerning the stereo. He commented that he found out about the seat problem and assured me he would make sure I was attended to. He asked me call him back and I did so the same day. Tomorrow will be 2 weeks with no return call from Ray. I have heard nothing from Mini service since July 16. This dealership has no organization or leadership. I bought a $30,0000+ Mini Cooper and I want to love the car and be excited about it. The lack of attention and seeming incompetence at every turn sours the experience of owning this awesome car. I'm terrified that something else might need attention someday and I'll have to deal with these people again. The sales associate Chris Ward is awesome. He loves the Mini brand and is generous with his time to inform new customers about the Mini lineup. (Obviously, Chris is not the one who misrepresented the stereo options.) More
Liars. Rude and disregard to public safety and customer security. Will do what it takes to screw you out of money and nit worry about your safety or return service. I have no reason to recommend this dealership. The dealership does not care about customer satisfaction. They are the only BMW dealership in the city and they are well aware customers have little opt dealership does not care about customer satisfaction. They are the only BMW dealership in the city and they are well aware customers have little option to take their cars elsewhere for service, and even more obvious is that they are well aware of their advantage of being 1 of 2 BMW dealers in OK. I have been a loyal BmW owner, and am willing to buy out of state or not another BMW with the intention to avoid this dealership. I took my 09 X5 in for service, used a BMW loaner vehicle, left my iPhone 4 in the loaner, never got my phone back. I dropped the loaner back after hours,I called them the next morning and was told they would look for it. Then I got a call saying the loaner had already gone back out. The service department continued to tell me the car was not returned for 3 weeks, all the while refusing to contact the customer to inquire about my phone. I attempted to contact management, it is impossible to reach upper management or receive a call or response back. I emailed their executives and general manager, never even got a response or acknowledgment. My phone was never returned because of Jackie Cooper BMW's negligence. I attempted to file a complaint with the customer retention specialist and was dismissed and told essentially "tough luck". I never was offered any concern over the matter. Sadly, to build upon the issue, I had problems with service dept before, 1. Parts not being fully installed, 2. Arriving for appointments and waiting For an hour to be told my part that I came in for had not arrived, 3. Told to come back at a later date, after waiting for hours For my car to be fully serviced, so the service rep could leave for the day for his holiday. I had problems with the sales department also.. I once arrived for an appt, only to sit for an hour waiting, while the salesman continued to walk by, then acknowledging he completely forgot I was there to see him. I was told by a salesman to pick 2 cars I wanted to see so he wouldn't waste his time showing me cars. I asked specifics on the cars I wanted to see and his responses were more often "I don't know". This is probably the worst service I've ever received from any dealership or shop. I had a CPO warranty on my BMW and started to have random misfire problems starting December, 2008. My CPO ended Decembe from any dealership or shop. I had a CPO warranty on my BMW and started to have random misfire problems starting December, 2008. My CPO ended December 2009, and the problem still wasn't fixed. I have all records from the dealership and I ended up going there 15+ times. Each time they had my car for more than two weeks and sometimes for up to one month. This happened all year, and yet, the problem was never fixed. The first service adviser didn't seem to believe me in the beginning. It was a random misfire. There didn't seem to be any cause to why it was happening. This went on for about 4 months. Then the rest of the time i was dealing with the Service Manager and he didn't act like he believed me either. The craziest thing is that my car was spitting out all kinds of misfire codes. Several times they were hinting for me to get a second opinion! Needless to say, I've contacted BBB and they said the dealership doesn't participate in the program. I can't tell if the service department was just this stupid or just didn't want to fix the problem because it was under a certified warranty. So to this day, I still have random misfires and will never purchase or service a car from them. Ever. More
