I will never purchase another vehicle from this dealership as long as the current sales manager, Roger Hensley is there. I purchased a pre-owned vehicle that was in exceptional condition. I had new dealership as long as the current sales manager, Roger Hensley is there. I purchased a pre-owned vehicle that was in exceptional condition. I had new windshield wipers installed prior to leaving the dealership. When they returned the vehicle, the paint was noticeably damaged in the service department during wiper installation. The dealership and sales manager denied any responsibility. I had driven and inspected the vehicle on at least four different times prior to purchasing. Those paint damages were not present until it returned from the service department. I will be leasing or purchasing a new Infiniti by the end of 2025. However, I will make the trip to Oklahoma City to purchase from Bob Moore. More
