Shane did an excellent job at helping us get the SUV we drove 2 hours to look at. We first thought it wasn’t going to fit our needs because we didn’t think it had ApplePlay. This was the most stress free experience for me. Mark was friendly, polite. He made everything go smoothly. Got back to me with a video of the car I wanted via email. My fourth purchase with Jackie Cooper over the years. One Nissan Pathfinder, and three Infinitys. Although I shopped around for different makes and models, I ended up back here because I trust the qual One Nissan Pathfinder, and three Infinitys. Although I shopped around for different makes and models, I ended up back here because I trust the quality from past experience. I do miss the 2009 FX35 and 2015 QX50 a lot, but it was time to move on due to the mileage and the need for a little bit more safety to haul mom and dad now. Thanks! More
