Slcoleman, it would be my pleasure to assist in putting your mind at ease concerning your recent service visit. You brought your vehicle in with a rock chip in the windshield. Your third-party windshield warranty company only approved a rock chip repair. As you wanted a full windshield replacement, we worked on your behalf with your warranty company to get that approved. Your windshield required an additional lane assist calibration and that required more time than the average windshield replacement. We understand that you were hoping to get the windshield replaced quickly but were more than happy to keep you in one of our new model Infiniti loaners overnight and valet your vehicle to you personally at your home the next day. It was our pleasure to go the extra mile for you and we thank you for your patience! Also, thank you for allowing us the opportunity to say thank you to our community of Infiniti owners. We have proudly served our community as a family-owned and operated group for almost 35 years and we look forward to so many more!
