Reviewer, we are sorry to hear that you think DealerRater reviews are bogus. The reviews are only as accurate as those who are leaving them. The DealerRater review site has a high standard and absolutely does not allow businesses to manipulate reviews. As for service repair, quotes, and diagnostics--Jackie Cooper INFINITI quotes are based only the work that needs to be done. The diagnostic fee of $199 is applied only when there is a real issue found upon testing. For most automotive repair facilities, it also is waived when repairs are made on that issue. This allows dealerships and independent repair shops to spend their time doing what they are highly trained to do-- helping people fix their vehicles and getting them back on the road where they are of value to the owner. It sounds as if your particular diagnostic may have revealed a serious issue that you may not be prepared to repair right now. We understand that. As you have opted to leave this review anonymously, we are not able to contact you outside this platform. We encourage you to communicate with us in person so that we may discover what diagnostic you are referring to and help you understand the result your test provided. We are thankful that the Tulsa community has allowed us the opportunity to serve them for 33 years--something we couldn't do with illegitimate practices.
