From the start of the process over the phone with Mario, my salesman, to the final customer check out with David, everyone was completely professional and courteous. I was from Texas so I had to do most of my salesman, to the final customer check out with David, everyone was completely professional and courteous. I was from Texas so I had to do most of the transaction remotely. Mario was in the lot shooting / texting me photos of the various GLEs they had available. We settled on one, confirmed their pricing and financing options the next morning and by that same afternoon I was on a plane to Tulsa. Then Mario met me at the airport to drive me personally back to the dealership where we wrapped up the paperwork. The dealership is impeccable - clean, modern and full of great employees. My only regret is that I won’t be able to see them regularly for my service intervals. More

Danny Ochoa went out of his way today to assist us at Jackie Cooper. He listened to what we were looking for and delivered exactly the Mercedes that we have been wanting!! We only came into the dealersh Jackie Cooper. He listened to what we were looking for and delivered exactly the Mercedes that we have been wanting!! We only came into the dealership for a battery for our current Mercedes and left with a new SUV. Friday the 13th, it was absolutely fantastic.
