Jackie Cooper serviced my car. They always do a great job. While waiting I looked at another car. Chris Jarrett discussed with me the available options that I would have if I decided to purchase or lease a vehicle. He was so knowledgeable and professional. Mike Kayser did a great job explaining every service that was done to my car. He also explained my vehicle’s future service. Everyone at Jackie Cooper exemply great customer service.

I literally told my parents last night that when you buy an automobile at Jackie Cooper, you don't just buy an awesome driving machine, you're also buying a team of caring professionals that do whatever it takes to keep you safely on the road and happy while doing so. I have developed meaningful relationships with the sales and service department at Jackie Cooper, and I will never buy a car anywhere else. I consider Greg Gleeson nearly part of my family. The service experience is always pleasant and timely. The entire staff is friendly and shows that they care about me (the customer). I actually feel like I need to bring a thank you gift to the people that took care of me and my car during my service.

"tires changed"

got two new rear tires (MO). the car rides great. I was greet by sales staff but service center staff was a little less friendly. but not distant. did not know if snacks were for guest or staff. I watched TV and Brian kept me up to date on progress. the porters did a great job on the detail. overall just another great day at JCs.
