It's part of our culture to deliver an exceptional experience for every customer, both sales and service. In your specific case, we understand that you already had a loan with an exceptional rate we couldn't match. As the credit union was not one we have access to, it did mean you would have to get the financing to us in the form of a check. We hope you understand that not all financial institutions work directly with a dealership, and especially when it's a niche credit union like the one in this case. However, the process went smoothly and the transaction was completed. The vehicle grille you mention required input from a third party vendor. We have been waiting on that information along with you, and keeping you apprised of the communication as it comes. Thank you for your patience as we do want to give you the vehicle experience you deserve. Your sales professional remains in contact with you and we expect to have the information you need very soon.
