Hi JMORGAN26, We are sorry to hear that you weren’t satisfied with your new tire service. During this time of the year temperature changes can dramatically affect the air pressure of your tires. Mercedes-Benz tire sensors are sensitive to the pressure set internally and will alert you when pressure dips below that setting. While untimely for you as you just had the tires serviced, thankfully it is an easy fix. We would be more than happy to fill them up with air anytime you see a low-pressure light come on. No appointment is necessary, and we typically can do that right on our temperature-controlled service drive while you enjoy our delicious complimentary coffee and snacks.
