When we decided to swing by Jackie Cooper’s to have a look at a few eye-catching options; as it was already approaching 7:40 PM. We proceeded to look over a few Cars, a couple salesmen waved but; none assisted. Then, There would come Mr. Danny Ochoa. He was very welcoming with his greet, he first asked how our day was going before ever putting a sales pitch stamp on us, which put us at ease. Danny wasn’t pushy, or peeved about being almost closing time. We had lots of questions and Danny answered everyone with thoroughness and passion! We expressed to Danny the different needs we’d have in a new vehicle with young grandchildren, so he showed us several options until we landed on a Perfectly matched GLE43 AMG. He then precisely went over every detail of the car from front to back. All questions and concerns I had he put them at ease. He was extremely patient with us, never once did he seem to mind me asking questions whether I had previously asked or not. So when we made the decision to get it purchased, I was still slightly unsure and that’s when Josh with Finance stepped in; and he and Danny worked out a plan within my budget and made it all worthwhile. Josh methodically walked us through the process and we were done signing papers, receiving keys all in 1 hour of arrival. Danny nor Josh mind staying till after closing to get this deal done. All the while we talked and enjoyed one another while purchasing a car, that’s not often you can experience that. Thereafter talking to Danny it felt like we'd known him for years. And he’d been a friend of the family. He’s a true family man, we shared stories of our families and lifestyle’s. If I would have known my experience would have been this enjoyable, I would’ve done this a lot sooner! As long as Danny and Josh are a part of Team Jackie Cooper.
