They are not customer friendly that is in complete contrast to the Mercedes Family culture. I contacted them for my car 4th service. This was my first time with them as we recently moved here. The service that took 2-3 hours before, they quoted minimum 8 hours. On top of that, they refused a loaner because I was not their customer. Any other Mercedes dealership will welcome Mercedes customers as it is just one family (The Mercedes Family). I finally decided to get my car serviced at another dealership. Dave - was an excellent representative at this car dealer. He was responsive to all my questions and stayed in touch throughout the entire sales process- from original introduction to delivery of the dealer.
