Mercedes GLS service B I took my Mercedes GLS in to the service station for service B. Staff greeted me promptly. I was offered a beverage and taken back to a desk to go ove I took my Mercedes GLS in to the service station for service B. Staff greeted me promptly. I was offered a beverage and taken back to a desk to go over the service and paperwork. I was then provided a loaner car. The entire process took maybe 10 minutes and I was on my way. The service specialist updated me throughout the day on the status of the vehicle and was always very helpful and friendly. I was very pleased with the service and look forward to my next visit.
