I took a cold drink out of the refrigerator, settled into the plush leather chair and, almost immediately, my car was ready. The employee I dealt with checked with me to make sure I was comfortable and let me know the moment my car was ready. My car was freshly washed, spotlessly clean, and correctly serviced. Bravo!!
