Porsche Cayenne Madness I already own a Cayenne but wanted a second one for the wife. As the dutiful husband I started the extensive hunt for number two. It had taken 6 month I already own a Cayenne but wanted a second one for the wife. As the dutiful husband I started the extensive hunt for number two. It had taken 6 months to find the first one. Typical criteria of low miles, up to date history of maintenance, select features and of course the right price was applied to my web searches. I looked at several owner and dealer vehicles in my criteria group but all the ones I found failed one or more items. I was starting to think I would need to lower my expectations. But low and behold a 06 Cayenne S in the right color with the right features and history popped up at Jackie Cooper. And to top it off the price fit the criteria in my budget. A quick run to the dealer and a lot hunt for the SUV finally located my next Porsche. The car had just come out of service and detail. A trade in with one owner and short list of maintenance items that had recieved attention already , well it sealed the deal. Everyone talks about the one owner buy and it was a little old lady from Pasedena story. I didn't even need a test drive. Trusting the dealership to have done the full inspection, I agreed to purchase the vehicle. Cameron the salesman walked me through the process. Believe it or not this was the first dealer purchase of my life. I've always bought my Porsches used from private parties. And I've owned more Porsches than I should admit. So this was totally new experience. Cameron was more than helpful and I took delivery later that evening. I had mentioned my interest in the right turbo model so Cameron has been keeping me up to date on trades ins. I think my next Porsche will probably come from Jackie Cooper. More
