Great Customer Service I purchased a 2013 JX35 from Kendall Taylor in Jan. of this year. It was truly an enjoyable experience and I haven't spoken to him since the first co I purchased a 2013 JX35 from Kendall Taylor in Jan. of this year. It was truly an enjoyable experience and I haven't spoken to him since the first couple weeks after getting the car. Last week my car started making a loud noise as the tires revolved so I called the service department. Although they were really helpful and made an appt. for me, a loaner was available until a week from the date I called. Because I didn't feel safe in the car, I emailed Kendall and asked if there was any way he could help me. I teach and therefore have a short window of time that I can take phone calls...I had told Kendall what time my planning period was and asked him to call me. He called ten minutes after my planning had started and told me he was able to get me a car. He told me to bring the car to the dealership after school and he would get me the loaner. When I pulled into the service garage a few hours later, Kendall was there waiting for me. Truly, Kendall sets the bar for customer service. I highly recommend Kendall at Jackie Cooper Imports and the service team as well! More

Buying Experience I'm not fond of dealerships, so I put off searching for cars. I was looking for an Infiniti and found one online I was interested in. I called the dea I'm not fond of dealerships, so I put off searching for cars. I was looking for an Infiniti and found one online I was interested in. I called the dealership and asked if it was in stock and it wasn't, but they said they had a similar one. I went to the dealership and was greeted by Doc Sumrall. He showed me the car, he knew exactly what I was looking for from the short description I gave him. I told him where I wanted my payment, and price range. I was already pre-qualified, but he assured me he could get my interest rate lower than the pre-qualification. Within 30 minutes he found an interest rate 6% lower, got the price down right where I needed it, and made sure my monthly payment would work for me. Effortless. I didn't even feel like I had bought a car until I drove away. Doc never pushed a thing on me, so helpful and stayed focus on my needs. In the finance department, Josh Kelly was very efficient, had great attention to detail (as I was inadvertently signing my maiden name and he was catching it each time) and was very clear about my options. When it's time to buy another Infiniti, I will go back to them! More
