Blayne from Sales is what made my experience positive with Jackie Cooper. From the intro video, to a thorough walk around call thru FaceTime and always being available via his personal cellphone even during his off days, he went above and beyond to make the experience positive for me. The 4 star rating for the dealership is due to my experience with rest of the team. Had some issues with finance team not communicating with me which is something I would not expect from a luxury imports dealership. This really soured my positive experience. But Blayne salvaged it. I think next time I purchase from Jackie Cooper, it would be much preferred if Blayne handled everything from start to delivery rather than me dealing with someone else in between.
