CPO car delivered with less than 100miles of gas. Battery at 0% charge, No charging cable included. Fuel not working. Had to take it to local dealer to get that repaired. GM is going to get this resolved promptly. After more than 1 week I am still waiting. More

We are made to feel like the most important people there, we are just average people (a school teacher and manufacturing) but he makes us feel special. He knows what we are looking for in a car, and keeps us updated constantly about the inventory. When the right fit comes along he did everything he could to make sure we got the vehicle we wanted. We have purchased 3 cars from Danny over the last 3 years. That should speak for itself. The dealership also treats us like we are important, and has made sure that our needs and questions are taken care of. We have told all our friends how wonderful Jackie Cooper and Danny Ochoa are. Danny is more than a car salesman, he is a friend. Thank you Danny and thank you JCI. More

Not a good experience, nor a good car. I wired money for a new 2024 AMG GT 55 and then the trouble started. Brayden Hinesley seemed uninterested in talking with me after he had my money. It took repeated calls and texts to get a response from him that was usually full of excuses. The car had battery issues and my newly installed MB app showed the battery was nearly dead. Brayden insisted it was on a battery charger, but it still did not work. I was trying to get the car shipped to Grand Rapids, MI prior to a snowstorm and yet I had no paperwork to insure it nor any communication about what to expect with the paperwork. Conner Kach entered the discussion after more than a week and apologized for the delay as apparently no one was paying attention to the paperwork I requested. I was ready to cancel the deal and in hindsight wish I had as they shipped a lemon to me. Not something you expect with a $160,000 new car. He agreed to pay for shipping and that seemed like a worthwhile compromise. However, the car was not looked at by a technician and it failed to keep a charge when shipped to my detail shop in Grand Rapids, MI. The installer of PPF and the ceramic coat had to jump start the car 3 times as it was unable to be opened via the car door and key phob. Fortunately the hood was still open with the trickle charger attached (but not working), so they could jump start it. Why would Jackie Cooper ship a car with known problems mentioned before shipping? It has gotten worse since then. I spent over $7000 getting the car covered in PPF and ceramic coating and now the check engine light comes on and many of the electronics fail. Dillion Cole, the IT guy is the only 5-star person I have dealt with at Jackie Cooper. He confirmed the car has issues and that Conner Kach would be giving me a call. Of course he did not. I want my money back including the cost to protect the car and all I am offered is a Mercedes Benz customer service line. I have started that process, but still no call from Brayden or Conner to check in on a customer who bought a $160,000 car. I do NOT recommend working with Jackie Cooper for the purchase of a car. If it wasn't for the knowledgeable tech whiz, Dillion Cole, who helped me learn the technology and attempt to trouble shoot the serious electrical gremlins with the car, I would have given a 1-star rating. But one 5-star employee deserves to average the rating to 2-stars. I now have the car scheduled to be in the Grand Rapids MI dealer for a full week while they see if they can figure out the voltage issues and various electronics that fail randomly. The car was shipped to me with 80 miles on it and the problems existed when it was unloaded from the trailer. By the 300 mile mark, the check engine light was on and the steering wheel gauges quit working. Avoid Jackie Cooper and buy your Mercedes somewhere else. You will be thankful you did. More
