I just took my Sprinter into their service department, signed nothing, and asked for my airbag cable under the seat to be potentially fixed after discussing the cost. Also, the wheel sensor light came on while driving from Colorado here, I had one replaced in Pensacola, FL, in October. This sensor is under warranty until Monday, so I needed it done quickly. These guys decided to take apart my steering wheel for no reason. I have had Centennial Imports Pensacola, Florida, and Mercedes Benz of Westminster, Colorado, do a full diagnosis and neither claimed the issue Jackie Cooper Imports has told me. I am very concerned about the integrity of this dealership! My cruise control was working before I took it into Jackie Cooper Imports. I will update more on Monday after I go get my vehicle back.
