My experience was truly outstanding! After contacting Nathan via email from Nathan with a personalized video of the vehicle that I was interested in purchasing. The vehicle was ready and waiting out front and after a short test drive I was ready to discuss the purchase plan. Nathan did an excellent job sharing his detailed knowledge of the vehicle, it's history, the previous owners and care of the vehicle. He also discussed the Car FAQ's of my vehicle, which was informative. Within 10 minutes he returned with a confident "Yes" on the value of the trade-in and the price of the vehicle I was purchasing. I was astounded and shocked that everything went so smoothly. I remarked that this was the best car buying experience I had ever. After a few signed documents and disclosures the deal was complete and the vehicle was mine.
