Overall good service, although lengthy in time. The oil change and changing filters was serviced well. The car was washed; however at that appointment the car was not vacuumed. I returned the next day with the car to have new tires installed as discussed with service previously. I was told the new tire installation would take approximately 1 hr to 1 1/2 hrs, so I decided to wait in the waiting room during service rather than go home. After approximately 2 hours no one had followed up with me as to the tire installation. Erin Love noticed that I was still in the waiting room, and asked me if anyone had informed me about the progress on the car. She also informed me that tire installation and alignment normally lasts longer than 1 1/2 hours. She tracked down my service man, who came to apologize and told me it would be another 1/2 hr to 45 minutes. The service was good on the car, and on this 2nd day the car was vacuumed as well as washed. My only suggestion is that more reasonable time estimates be given for service. The tire installation & alignment actually took closer to 3 hours. More
