It took several days to get a service appointment. Once scheduled it went like they estimated. 1.5 hours for the service, another 1.25 hours to “wash it and bring it around”. In the middle of a 17 hour roadtrip the check engine light came on. This service center took me in without an appointment, ran the diagnosis, and then did the fix. It's my second time buying a car through Jackson automotive at Macon, GA. Each transaction has been smooth sailing and amazing. They said they found some issues on the car. Such as battery, engine filter, air filter, windshield water system. They defined battery dead, dying, close to die. 3 different definition. They were not able to tell me how much critical battery. They asked 289 dollars for troubleshooting of windshield watering system. Which was broke since I bought. I explained them at the last maintenance but they didn't have it in their record. When I asked how critical engine filter they said it is dirty. And they got 345 dollars for oil change and tire rotation. The most expensive I had in any car BMW, VW, Infinity etc. I am not happy with Volvo service. This will affect my next car decision. More
