My car was towed to the dealer on Tuesday. I was told that it would be looked at on Wednesday or Thursday. My car didn't get looked at until the next week. I called to get an update, had to leave a message. I asked to be contacted at my work phone, which I left on the voicemail, not to receive text messages but that's how I received updates about my car. I requested twice through the automated service and Cort's voicemail that I DID NOT WANT TO BE CONTACTED VIA text. Once my car was ready I received a text message an hour before closing. Which means I had to wait until the next day to pick it up. The diagnosis was not explained clearly. I was not happy with the service. I should have been updated on the progress or lack thereof about my vehicle. I do not agree with the shop supplies increasing from 10 percent to 12 percent. If the service carries a warranty, I was not made aware. More
