A TRULY EXCEPTIONAL EXPERIENCE Good Friday I ventured out to search for a new car. I wasn’t very sure exactly want I wanted. My first stop was a dealer across the street from Smith Kia. I received terrible customers service and high pressure sales. The sales person made me feel uncomfortable . Like it was a chore to show me different cars and to let me test drive some. After leaving we went across street to check out what Kia had to offer. From the second we parked we were greeted by a smiling friendly gentleman named Mario. I explained my needs and he was so helpful pointing me to the vehicles that would meet my wants and needs. He had me drive several different cars and was very knowledgeable about there features. I really liked the 2019 telluride. He said he would like to show me the 2020. I didn’t even know the 20’s were out yet. I was in love. So that’s my new car!! It didn’t stop there . Every person in that building couldn’t be more gracious and helpful. From Gary who helped me with warrantee And financing, the sweet young lady at the front desk, the car detailers and Mechanic that helped to program the on board computers.
